Creating A Custom Welcome Email

When onboarding clients into PT Distinction, you are asked if you wish to send login details. These details allow your client to log in to your ‘members area’ and ‘app’ powered by PT Distinction, so surely you need to send them? Well, yes and no. If you are happy with the standard email from PT Distinction then just click ‘Send’ and your client will be ready to go. However, if you wish to add a personal touch, you will need to find a way to create a customised version of this email.
